Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems give the greatest advantage in medium and large organizations when business processes are mature enough, accounting policies are verified and working, and the business environment allows marketing, purchasing and overhead planning with certain assumptions.

The undoubted positive effect of using ERP for any company is the formation of working and well-established management accounting processes. It is for this reason that over the past two decades a large number of different information systems have appeared, which can conditionally be classified in a single class - ERP System.

It was necessary to choose an ERP class system for automating the consolidated management accounting of the holding. As well as to select a solution provider and help in managing the implementation project
